Short version: you are buying advertising on a ranking board. Bids are final, listings must be yours, and rank reflects spend, not merit.

Maxx Rank is a paid promotional ranking board for businesses and creators. Listings are paid advertisements. Rank is determined by cumulative spend: the listing with the highest total holds #1. Nothing on the board is editorial or merit based. You are buying visibility, not an endorsement.
You must be 18 or older to bid, and the payment method you use must be yours to use. By bidding you confirm both.
New entries start at $5. Bids are whole dollars only. Raising an existing listing takes a $1 minimum raise, and you pay only the difference between your new total and the current total. To take #1, your new total must exceed the leader's total by at least $5. The maximum per listing is $999,999. When two listings share a total, the one that reached it first ranks higher.
The board resets every day at midnight ET. The #1 listing at reset is archived in the Hall of Fame, then every total returns to zero. The Rules page has the complete board rules, and it is part of these terms.
Payment is by card through Stripe Checkout. Only completed Stripe payments count toward a total, and the Stripe webhook is the single source of truth for crediting bids.
All bids are final and non-refundable. You do not get your money back if you lose your rank, if the board resets, if your listing is rejected in review, or for any other reason. A chargeback is subtracted from the listing total and the listing is frozen pending review.
Your listing must promote a business or creator you own or are authorized to represent. Listings are limited to a product site or a social profile. Chat or invite links, adult content, and URL shorteners are not allowed, and tracking parameters are stripped from links.
New names go through a review before they appear on the board. We reject impersonation, hate speech, slurs, spam, handle-squatting, and anything illegal. The operator may remove or freeze any listing that breaks these rules or shows signs of fraud, without notice. Rejected listings are removed from the public board.
Bidding does not require an account. If sign-in is offered, you are responsible for keeping your credentials private and for all activity under your account.
The operator may remove or freeze listings, reverse fraudulently credited totals, and suspend access to the service at any time for violations of these terms. Paid bids are not refunded when a listing is removed for rule violations.
Maxx Rank is provided as is, with no guarantee of rank, visibility, clicks, or uptime. Rankings reflect spend only. We do not promise that your listing will appear, stay visible, or perform in any particular way.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use of Maxx Rank after a change means you accept the updated terms. Material changes will be noted on the site.
